According to Apple, “apps and app data are automatically removed from your device after they are deleted.” This means that if you delete an app, its data (including any personal information you may have stored in it) will be gone forever. However, there is one exception to this rule: If you delete an app using the “Remove from Library” option in the App Store, its data may still be retrievable by Apple. In other words, if you accidentally delete an app and need it later, don’t worry—you can usually find it in the “Library” section of the App Store.
