Yes, you can delete purchase history on the App Store. To do so, open the App Store and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of your apps and purchases. Click on the one that corresponds to your Apple ID (or use a different account if you have one). Underneath your app name, you’ll see a list of all your past purchases. To delete a purchase, select it from this list and then click on the Delete button.
