If you’ve deleted your Instagram account, there’s a good chance you can recover it. Here’s how: First, make sure you have the original account password. If not, you can get it from Instagram by emailing support@instagram.com and providing your username and the time period during which the account was deleted (for example, “within the last two weeks”). Once you have the password, log in to your original account and go to “Settings.” Under “General,” click on “Account Details.” On this page, under “Account Type,” select “Instagram Personal.” In the “Password” field, enter your original password and then click on “Save Changes.” Now that you have access to your original account information, it’s time to start recovering photos. To do this, go to your profile page and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open up a menu with several options. Under “Uploads,” select all of your photos (you may need to scroll down). Next, go to “History” and select any posts that were made in relation to your deleted Instagram account. Finally, under “Options,” select “Restore This Post.” Instagram will restore all of these posts into your timeline as if they had been made when your account was still active. ..
