  1. Log in to your Amazon account.
  2. Click on “Your Account” in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Under “Your Orders and Reviews,” click on “Your Prime Membership.”
  4. On the next page, under “Membership Status,” click on “Cancel My Membership.”
  5. If you’re happy with your membership, click on “Yes, I’m Happy.” Otherwise, click on “No, I’m Unhappy.”
